These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your download, installation, access to, and use of the Quietly Android application ("Quietly" or the "App"). Quietly is developed and operated by Orca Labs ("Orca Labs," "we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Quietly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Quietly only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Quietly is not directed to children under 13.
Quietly is an Android notification-history and notification-blocking utility. After you provide the in-app consent and grant Android Notification Access, Quietly can:
Quietly's notification processing, history, rules, content-free insight events, and preferences operate locally on your device. Quietly has no account, cloud sync, or developer-operated content server.
Quietly uses Google Analytics for Firebase for limited pseudonymous technical and product-usage statistics. The free version may request occasional consent-gated, non-personalized inline ads through Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Quietly Pro is an optional one-time lifetime Google Play product that removes ads, unlocks unlimited saved rules, and adds 30-day and 90-day comparison reports; it is not a subscription.
Quietly does not put notification content, sender or conversation information, source-app notification data, block rules, regular expressions, search terms, imported/exported files, on-device insight events, names, email addresses, a Quietly account or user ID, Android Advertising ID, precise location, or other user-entered personal content into Firebase Analytics or ad-request inputs. Firebase Analytics is used for App improvement, not advertising or notification-based profiling.
The App's data practices are described in the Quietly Privacy Policy.
Android Notification Access is a powerful system capability. If you enable it, Android may make notifications from other apps available to Quietly, including titles, message text, sender or conversation information, app identity, timing, grouping information, identifiers, icons, and one BigPicture or image-message attachment exposed by the notification.
