Dorr is an iOS app developed and operated by Orca Labs ("Orca Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). Dorr provides on-device photo editing and photo-based video creation tools, including filters, effects, text overlays, themes, transitions, music options, and export tools (collectively, the "App").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Dorr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you download the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. Dorr is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
If you use the App for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
Dorr lets you select and edit photos, create photo-based videos, preview results, and save output to your device's photo library. Core editing and rendering take place on your device. The App may request permission to add photos and videos to your photo library so that it can save the output you choose to export. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings.
Features, themes, effects, export options, and availability may change over time. Certain features may require an active subscription or a completed rewarded-ad experience, as described below.
"Your Content" means the photos, text, project choices, and other materials you select, enter, edit, or create with the App, including resulting exports.
You retain ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for any use, publication, or sharing of it. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to use Your Content in the App and to create and share the resulting output.
You may not use the App to:
We do not pre-screen the media you process in Dorr because it ordinarily remains on your device. We may suspend or terminate access as permitted by these Terms if we learn of a violation.
