Dorr is a mobile image editing application for iOS devices, developed and operated by Orca Labs (“Orca Labs”, “we”, or “us”). Dorr allows users to edit and enhance images directly on their devices using a variety of filters, tools, and advanced machine learning techniques. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dorr (the “App”) and any related services provided by Orca Labs. By using or accessing Dorr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not download, install, or use the App.
By creating an account (if applicable), purchasing a subscription, or simply using Dorr in any manner, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. This is a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “you”) and Orca Labs. You acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are using Dorr on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.
Dorr is available to users of all ages. We do not impose any strict age restrictions for downloading or using the App. However, if you are considered a minor in your jurisdiction (for example, under 18 in many countries), we strongly encourage you to use Dorr under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement (and if you are a minor, that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf). Orca Labs relies on this representation and will not be held liable if individuals who are not eligible use the App.
You are solely responsible for all content that you import into, edit, or create using Dorr, as well as for any consequences of sharing such content. You agree to use Dorr in a lawful and respectful manner. In particular, you agree that you will not use the App to:
By adhering to the above responsibilities, you help us maintain a safe and legal environment for all Dorr users. Orca Labs reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action (including content removal or account suspension, if applicable) against any user who is found to be in violation of these User Responsibilities or any other provision of these Terms.
Subscription Options: Dorr is offered on a subscription basis, with two primary plans available: a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. Each subscription grants you access to premium features and content of the App for the duration of the subscription period (one month or one year, depending on your choice). Each subscription includes a 3-day free trial period; after the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically begin and charges will be applied to your Apple App Store account.
Payment and Renewal: When you purchase a subscription, the applicable fee will be charged to your Apple App Store account (Apple ID) after the 3-day free trial period ends. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Upon renewal, your App Store account will be charged the subscription price for the next period. The renewal will be for the same duration as the original subscription (e.g., another month or another year) and will be billed at the then-current subscription rate, unless we have informed you of a price change (as described below).
Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your Dorr subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings. If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the subscription period expires, but you will not be charged for the subscription going forward. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the free trial period has ended and charges have been incurred, we generally do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or unused features, except where required by law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law or due to extraordinary circumstances, you may contact Apple (for App Store purchases) or Orca Labs for assistance, but we cannot guarantee any refunds outside what is permitted by the App Store’s policies.
Free Trial & Refunds Policy: Dorr offers a 3-day free trial period for both monthly and annual subscriptions, allowing you to experience the premium features before any charges are applied. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without incurring any charges. After the free trial period ends, all charges for subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws or as otherwise stated in these Terms. If at any time we decide, at our sole discretion, to offer a courtesy refund, such refund will be considered an exception and will not indicate any ongoing entitlement to refunds.
Subscription Changes: Orca Labs reserves the right to change the pricing of the subscription plans or to introduce new subscription terms. If we change the subscription price, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice, such as through an in-app notification or via the App Store, and the new price will apply only to subscription renewals after the effective date of the change. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel the subscription before the next renewal. Continued use of Dorr after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
